Louis Sidoli has become well know over the years for his portraits of David Bowie, from his 'Most Wanted' series of mugshot artworks in 2009 to more recent Bowie collaborations with the Duffy / David Bowie archive and Terry O Neill.
In 2016, Louis created a solo exhibition of neon art entitled ‘Golden Years’ paying tribute to one of his biggest influences - David Bowie. The sell out exhibition at Halcyon Gallery, Bond Street, London celebrated Bowie at the height of his artistic glory, from Ziggy Stardust during the early 1970’s glam rock era to his famed 'New Romanic' Ashes to Ashes photoshoot in 1980. A selection of limited edition prints are now available based from the ‘Golden Years’ exhibition:
